COVID-19 and Travel to Grenada

Grenada’s authorities introduced a revamped protocol including a digital platform which allows travelers to Grenada to apply for a “Pure Safe Travel” certificate prior to departure for their Grenada trip, expediting their entry upon arrival at the Maurice Bishop International Airport.

As of December 1, travelers who arrive with proof of a negative PCR test result and a Pure Safe Travel certificate will be allowed to transfer to approved accommodations after leaving the airport with the option to “holiday in place” at the resort for their entire stay or undergo a second COVID-19 PCR test on day four of their visit on the island.

With a confirmed negative test result received by the Grenada Ministry of Health, visitors will be allowed to explore approved Grenada tourist sites and activities.

Grenada’s newest activities include ocean exploration in transparent kayaks, under new management the Grenadian classic Annandale Waterfalls and Forest Park have also reopened, and the popular visitor sites including Grand Etang Rainforest Reserve, Fort Frederick Historic Site, Gouyave Nutmeg Processing Station and Diamond Chocolate Factory have all been approved as Pure Safe Travel attractions.
